How Dr.Yo works
Good rehabilitation is not a collection of random exercises. It is a structured process built around movement quality, capacity and the demands of real life or sport.
Assess movement, symptoms, workload and performance.
Explain what matters in language the client can use.
Build strength, coordination and confidence progressively.
Reassess progress and adapt the plan to the person.
“The goal is not simply to reduce discomfort. It is to help people understand their movement, build capacity and return to life or sport with confidence.”
